Marina Falco

Marina Falco was born in Naples on 30 August 1967 and lives and works in Milan. She has been teaching Artistic Anatomy at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts since 1999.
She has numerous exhibitions to her credit, in Italy and abroad.
She has held solo exhibitions in Germany (Frankfurt 2016 galerie Westend), in Switzerland (Lugano 1992 galleria la Chica) and in various Italian cities, most recently in 2024 in Como, The Art Company “Frammenti Ontologici” and in Mantua, Galleria Sartori “Della terra dell’acqua”. In 2021 in Milan she exhibited at Spazio Passante in a two-man show with Fabio Sironi and in 2019 at the Sala Fontana in Comabbio (Va), in 2018 at the Fondazione Peano in Cuneo, in 2017 in Magenta, at the Galleria Magenta, again in Milan at the Galleria Cappelletti in 2011. It is also worth mentioning his solo exhibitions at the Renzo Cortina Association in 2007, in 2005 in Ferrara at the Cini Foundation, in 2004 in Castellanza (Va) at the Pagani Foundation, in 2001 in S. Donato Milanese at the Cascina Roma, and finally in 1995 in Milan at the Banca Agricola Milanese.

She has exhibited in group exhibitions in Germany, Belgium, Japan, Croatia, Switzerland, the USA, Spain and Turkey. Italian group exhibitions include: in 2023 in Sorrento (NA), Museo di Villa Fiorentino “SyArt international meetings of contemporary art”, and then in Lodi, Spazio Tiziano Lalli Bipielle arte “Without borders, world artists in Lodi” in 2013 in Maccagno (Va) in the spaces of the civic Museum Parisi Valle, in 2011 in Turin, at Sala Nervi, Padiglione Italia, as part of the 54th Venice Biennale, in 2014 in Piacenza at the Galleria Biffi, in 2011 in Castiglione Olona at Palazzo Branda Castiglioni, in 2006 in Francavilla al Mare ( Ch) at the Museo Michetti for “Laboratorio italia”, in 2001 at the Castello di S. Pietro in Cerro (PC) for “Mim museo in movimento”, in 2000 in Gazoldo degli Ippoliti (MN) at the Museum of Contemporary Art. In 1996 in Trento at the Caproni Museum and finally in 1995 in Trezzo d’Adda at the Visconteo Castle ‘Venature’. Among the critical and cultural personalities who have written about his artistic research and followed his work over time are Felice Bonalumi, Simona Bartolena, Rolando Bellini,Giovanni Cerri, Giuseppe Conte, Andrea del Guercio, Antonio D’Amico, Guido Oldani and Rossella Savarese.
